Your account
Homeowner accounts are free and self-service. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One person per account.
Your home records
Documents, statements, receipts and finances you add are private to your home. Only people you invite, with the access level you choose, can see them. You can remove access or delete records at any time.
Public data
Area figures (for example county home values, climate and energy prices) come from official public sources and are labelled with their source, date and whether they describe your county or your home. They are estimates, not appraisals, tax or legal advice.
AI features
Common questions are answered without AI. Optional AI features run only when you ask, within daily limits, and never receive your documents unless you explicitly agree for that file.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't show your records to other homeowners, and staff or administrator access is never granted through signup.
